The Schneider Leadership Team:

Rick Schneider

CEO/OWNER

Rick joined Schneider Packaging Equipment in 1973, three years after his father Dick founded the company. Throughout his career at Schneider he has worked in various departments within the company including manufacturing, equipment design, service, sales, product development and innovation.

Bob Brotzki

President

Bob joined Schneider Packaging Equipment in February of 2016. In his role, he is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization. Prior to joining Schneider, he served as Assistant Athletic Director of Football Player Development at Syracuse University. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University where he was a four-year letter winner in football before a career in the NFL.

Greg Masingill

Executive Vice President

Greg joined Schneider in January of 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. In his role, he will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization. Prior to joining Schneider, he was the President of Seneca Data. While there he assisted in their growth of becoming a $275 million-dollar company with over 400 employees. Greg is a graduate of Seton Hall University.

Don Burrows

Chief Financial Officer

Don has been with Schneider Packaging Equipment for over 10 years. He is responsible for all of Schneider’s finances. In addition to his role at Schneider he is a professor of accounting at Columbia College’s satellite campus in Syracuse. Don has undergraduate degrees from SUNY Cobleskill and Syracuse University as well as an MBA from Syracuse University.

Moira Grimes

Director of Human Resources

Moira has been with Schneider Packaging Equipment for more than seven years. She is responsible for managing human resource services, policies and programs. Prior to joining Schneider, she held leadership roles in human resources at other companies for over 15 years. Moira is a graduate of SUNY Albany.

Jim Kent

Director of Quality Control

Jim has been with Schneider Packaging Equipment for more than 17 years. During that time, he has served in various capacities from design engineering to project management and now in his current role as Director of Quality Control. Prior to joining Schneider, Jim had over 15 years of custom equipment manufacturing experience. Jim is a graduate of SUNY Morrisville.

Dan Soule

Director of Manufacturing

Dan has been at Schneider Packaging since 1983. During that time, he has worked in various departments from assembly, machine shop and project management. In his current role of Director of Manufacturing, Dan leads the parts fabrication, manufacturing, and assembly groups at Schneider.

Mike Brewster

Director of Sales & Marketing

Mike joined Schneider in the fall of 2016.  In his role, he is responsible for leading and managing sales and marketing activities while ensuring strategic sales growth aligns with organizational goals.  Prior to joining Schneider, he spent 6 years with Xerox Corporation, where he last served as a Regional Sales Manager.  Mike is a graduate of SUNY Oswego where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team and team Captain for two years.

Mike Smith

Vice President of Engineering & Services

Mike joined Schneider in the Fall of 2017, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in engineering and technology services. Mike will be responsible for leading the strategic growth of our products and services, while enhancing our engineering, information technology, and services teams. Most recently, Mike held the position of CTO and VP of Global Engineering and Product Management for the Intelligent Systems Division of Arrow Electronics, and previously held executive OEM and technology positions at Seneca Data.
